Agreement with SoulAngle.com
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing, obtaining or using any information, material, products or services of SoulAngle.com.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website.
By accessing the SoulAngle.com website you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy. If you don't accept these Terms or Privacy Policy, then you may not use the content, services or products of SoulAngle.com.
In these Terms, “consultation”, “session”, “appointment”, “soul analysis” or “Soul Closeup Analysis” refers to Services, and “we”, “us”, “our” “I”, “me”, “SoulAngle” or “SoulAngle.com” refers to the owner, author and publisher of this website, Jennifer Orpen, and “you” or “your”, “client” or “customer” refers to you as the user of this website, its services or product.
Services
The material provided on the website, in the Services, or product is intended solely for information purposes on matters of interest for your personal use and you agree to accept full responsibility for your choices on the use or non-use of this information.
You agree, as terms of use, the information is given with the understanding SoulAngle.com isn't engaged in providing advice on medical, legal, financial, psychological or business fact or replace other professional services. Please seek advisement from the appropriate, qualified professionals.
We may change, update, or discontinue Services (including any portions or features) at any time, without liability to you or anyone else.
Consultations
A reservation for any consultation is made in writing using our website Contact Form which contains required check boxes to click on next to conditions you agree to fulfill, including but not limited to, the following affirmation with a checkbox next to it: “I have read and accept the Terms of Use” and you must click on the required check-box before a reservation for a service can be accepted.
In terms of use, the Agreement between you and SoulAngle.com to receive a consultation becomes effective on the date we acknowledge in writing the acceptance of your reservation.
Before or during the consultation; (i) if a connection, in any shape or form, with the client cannot be established, or; (ii) if the client isn't psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to the client or; (iii) if a client acts aggressively or the client acts in a confrontational manner, the Agreement is canceled and no fee will be paid by the client for the consultation.
No changes to the Agreement can be made unless agreed to in writing by both you the client, and SoulAngle.com. However, we reserve the right to effect minor modifications and/or improvements to the Services before delivery, provided the performance of the Services isn't unfavorably affected and neither price nor delivery date is affected.
You agree, where available, the session may be recorded in mp3 format and delivered at an agreed date and time to a third party for you to download. However, Soulangle makes no guarantee of recording availability, completeness, quality, storage, security, privacy, instructions, or delivery of the recording.
Appointments
Sessions take place by phone. You agree to make the call for any and all appointments and are solely responsible for costs related to placing the calls. Contact:+1 (514) 426-8563.
You agree to give a 24-hour advance notice to change an already established appointment. Failure to do so, at my sole discretion, may result in declining to reschedule the session and cancel the agreement.
If I back out of an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at a time both you and I can agree on.
Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in US dollars and Service fees are payable in US dollars.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Soul Closeup analysis is the only Service which offers, under the terms of its guarantee, a 30 calendar-day grace period from the date of the presentation after which you agree to receive by email an invoice or link to the website’s payment processor for payment of the service due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment is made through PayPal or by Certified Bank Check (sorry no personal checks) or International Postal Money Order in US dollars, mailed to SoulAngle's contact information on the invoice.
The invoice sent out includes an online payment button. You can pay via PayPal or credit or debit card and don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment. You will also automatically receive a payment receipt once you pay through the PayPal link on the invoice or if you pay by check or other offline method.
Note: If you are sending a Money Order from the US, please make sure it's a USPS International Money Order (It's colored PINK - Not Green).
Fees are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Refund Policy
There is no refund, no exchange, no transfer or credit given for Services, classes, workshops or products unless otherwise stated in writing.
There is no refund or credit given for failure to keep an appointment, attend classes, workshops or failure to complete a packaged service agreement.
Guarantee
In the Terms of Use, the Soul Closeup Analysis is the only Service offered with a guarantee for 30-calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing. The guarantee spells out the soul analysis rings true to you, the client, or you pay nothing.
The guarantee begins at the start of the soul analysis appointment and ends 30 calendar days later of which the former is indicated as Reference and the latter as Invoice Date on the invoice you will receive for payment of the Service, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The invoice will detail terms of the guarantee, specify the Service under guarantee and indicate the date the guarantee will end.
At any time, from the start of the soul analysis appointment to the end of the specified guarantee period, you agree to notify us in writing if the analysis doesn't ring true upon which the invoice will be cancelled. You agree failure to notify us in writing within the guarantee period is your acceptance the analysis rings true and we can expect prompt, nonrefundable, payment for the Service.
Termination
You may stop using SoulAngle.com, its products or Services at any time, however, stopping use does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
You agree we may, at any time, terminate your right to use our website, Services or product if;
- You breach any provision of the Terms of Use or act in a manner that clearly shows you do not intend to, or are unable to, comply with the Terms; You fail to make prompt payment of fees for Services;
- You materially breach any provision of the Terms, and (i) the breach cannot be corrected; or (ii) we notify you of the breach and you fail to correct it within 7 days of the notice;
- You physically, verbally, or through other means, abuse, threaten, bully, or harass us;
- You have repeatedly made complaints in bad faith or without reasonable basis, and continue to do so after we've asked you to stop;
- We are required to do so by law.
If we terminate your use of our Services for reasons other than for cause, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to termination via the email address you provide us.
We may, at any time, elect to discontinue our Services, in whole or in part, such as if it becomes impractical for us to continue offering them.
Legal
You agree to accept all the content on the website, Services and product is provided "As-Is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. SoulAngle makes no commitment about the content on the website, in its Services or Product with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or results obtained from the use or non-use of this information.
We further disclaim any warranty that;
- SoulAngle.com, the Services or Product will meet your requirements or will be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- The results obtained from the use of the website, its content, our Services or Product will be effective, accurate, or reliable;
- The quality of the website, content, Services or Product will meet your expectations;
- Any errors or defects on the website, in the Services, or Product will be corrected.
SoulAngle specifically disclaims all liability for any actions resulting from your use of the website, Services or Product. You may use the website, Services or Product at your own discretion and risk, and you agree you are solely responsible for any damage to, that may include but not be limited to, your personal or professional income, mental, emotional, psychological or physical health, quality of life, family or professional life, business revenue or profits, or business interruption, that results from or is connected to the use of this website, any of its Services, or Product. These limitations and exclusions regarding damages apply even if any remedy fails.
We will not be liable to any third parties for any direct, incidental, or consequential losses or damages suffered by such third parties for any reason, whether foreseeable or not, including, without limitation, damages for loss of income or earnings, loss of business opportunities, injury, or other loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly out of or in connection with use of this website, its Services or Product. The aforementioned shall apply despite any negligence, misconduct, errors, or omissions by SoulAngle.com, including without limitation our employees, representatives, agents, or technical operations.
You agree that SoulAngle.com will not be liable for any damages and/or losses whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages and/or losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and/or losses) based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tort action; arising from, relating to or connected with your use or inability to use our website, Services or Product.
You agree to waive and release all claims against Soulangle.com for indirect, consequential or punitive damages directly or indirectly arising out of this Agreement between you and Soulangle.com regardless whether caused or contributed to by the sole, joint or concurrent negligence, strict liability, preexisting condition, or any other fault of SoulAngle.com as used in this Agreement; “indirect damages” or “consequential damages” includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profit or use of capital, production delays, loss of product, losses resulting from failure to meet deadlines and downtime of facilities, vessels or aircraft.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the aggregate liability to you or any third party in any matter arising from, relating to or connected with SoulAngle.com or any of its members or its employees or agents exceed the sum of one hundred ($100) dollars.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soulangle.com and each of Soulangle.com's officers, directors, employees, agents, or other partners and affiliates from, against, and in respect of: (i) any and all losses, damages or deficiencies resulting from any third party claim against Soulangle.com in connection with your use of the website, services or product and (ii) all costs and expenses incident to any and all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, assessments, or judgments in respect thereof regardless of the merit thereof, including Soulangle.com's reasonable legal fees and expenses (whether incident to the foregoing or to our enforcement of said rights or defence and indemnity).
You agree SoulAngle.com will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing under these terms where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural catastrophes, fire, flood, governmental acts or omissions, laws or regulations, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes or difficulties, communication interruptions or system breakdowns, hardware or software failures, transportation stoppages or slowdowns or the inability to procure supplies or materials.
Miscellaneous
You agree not assign or otherwise transfer the Terms or your rights and obligations under the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, without our written consent, and any such attempt will be void.
Headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience and will not be used to construe meaning or intent.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms of Use is not a waiver of that provision.
No terms of use put forward by the client shall be binding on us.

Updates
SoulAngle.com may, at its sole discretion, change or rework these Terms at any time which come into immediate effect once posted on the website. You agree to review the Terms regularly to be aware of such changes.
Changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on this page. By continuing to use or access SoulAngle.com, its Services and Product after the revisions are in effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Both you and I agree to declare we've required these terms of use and any related documents be drawn in the English language only and be the language used when interpreting or construing the Terms.
