Uncertainty about making a change can be nerve-wracking. You may feel insecure. Even panic-stricken.

But, anxiety may show more is going on than worrying about the future. Nutrients to keep you calm, may be scarce.

Antioxidants

Anxiousness could be related to not having enough antioxidants in your body. Foods rich in antioxidants can change this.

Phytic acid in foods prevents the absorption of zinc and magnesium.

Legumes, nuts, seeds, beans and coffee contain phytic acid. Grains, too, particularly bran. For optimal zinc and magnesium benefits, you can minimize the intake of foods holding phytic acid. Not an easy task.

  • Liver from any animal.
  • Sourdough bread.
  • Butter - grass fed.
  • Heavy cream – grass fed.
  • Cabbage.
  • Bok Choy.
  • Brussel sprouts.

  • Turnips.
  • Sweet potatoes.
  • Carrots.
  • Cantaloupe.
  • Whole apricots. Canned, water-packed.
